The Founder

Greg Hajdarowicz is the founder of the project.
An entrepreneur and visionary in the real estate market, he found in Baía Formosa his place in the world.

Awarded the Order of Rio Branco (2020), he has also served as Consul of Brazil since 2010.

Surrounded by untouched nature and a genuine community, a commitment was born: to protect the land, respect its rhythm, and generate positive impact.

Today, this is called impact investment.

Water House

At the water's edge, Aventora's base for movement on the Atlantic — equipment rental, expert instruction, and everything needed before and after a session on the water.
